Refund policy

We want you to love your tiftaf pieces! If your purchase isn't quite right, our policy is as follows:

• Refunds: In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges & Gift Vouchers: If you received a gift or wish to wait for a future "drop," we can issue a gift voucher valid for 12 months.

• Faulty Items: We pride ourselves on our premium GOTS-certified organic cotton and bamboo. If an item is faulty, please contact us at orders@tiftaf.com immediately so we can make it right.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
