Sizing & Fit

  • How do your sizes run? Our pieces are designed with a generous, long-lasting fit. We use a high-stretch bamboo blend that grows with your baby. Our sizes run large, so we recommend sticking to your baby’s actual age bracket rather than sizing up.

  • Do you have a size guide? Yes! You can find our detailed size chart on every product page.

Fabric & Care

  • What makes your fabric special? We use a premium blend of GOTS-certified organic cotton and sustainable bamboo viscose. It’s breathable, buttery-soft, and designed for sensitive skin.

  • How should I wash my Tiftaf items? To keep the hand-illustrated art looking vibrant, wash inside out on a gentle cycle at 30°C. We recommend drying in the shade; avoid tumble drying to maintain the integrity of the organic fibers.

Shipping & Returns

  • How long will my order take to arrive? We ship nationwide. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Please note that deliveries to exceptional/remote areas may take a little longer.

  • What is your return policy?

    • Refunds: We want you to love your purchase! if it doesn't suit, we offer a full monetary refund for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 business days of delivery (as per Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations). Please note that unless an item is received as faulty or damaged, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

    • How to start a return: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at orders@tiftaf.com with your order number. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the specific shipping address and instructions for the return.

    • Exchanges & Gifts: If you received multiple pieces as a gift, or simply want a different style from a current or future drop, we’ve got you covered. We can issue a gift voucher valid for 12 months from the date of the original purchase, giving you the flexibility to choose exactly what you need, when you need it.

Can I purchase a gift card for a friend?

  • Absolutely! A tiftaf Gift Card is the perfect gift for new parents who appreciate style and quality. You can purchase a digital gift card directly on our site, choose the amount, and send it instantly to your loved ones. Our gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be used across all of our collections and future drops.

What if my item is faulty?

  • At tiftaf, we use premium materials and thoughtful design to ensure our pieces are built to last. We believe in the quality of our work and want our clothes to be a staple in your baby’s wardrobe.
